マカロニ グラタン！！成功～

Okay, I know I'm NOT supposed to be doing this here. Not supposed to blog until I finish my ultimate scary assignment. But it gives me a little too much stress that I really have to breath here just a while. Can't wait to dump this term paper into the box tomorrow, before 12pm.

Anyway, I'm here to blog about my Gratin!! Made Cheese sauce gratin for today.

The Gratin mix that I bought around 1-2 months ago in 100yen shop:

Cheese sauce gratin for 2 person ^_^...There's some macaroni included but it's DEFINITELY not enough for two person. So I added some of my own macaroni inside.

Preparing...Added some vege that looks like cabbage (I'm bad at this). Oh and milk, cheese and butter of course >__<..

Stir fry everything in the pot, including the macaronies...Looks creamy isn't it ~

AND...TADAA!!~ Cheese sauce gratin DONE ^^. Ok, ignore the black spot, it's from the extra cheese I put on top. Would look better if I had some grated cheddar at home. But it tasted good!! Sis liked it as well. 

 

 

Gonna make some more next week during my study break. Going back to grave with my assignment now, see you in hell~

Did my nails today! Was just planning to paint it normally at first, but had that sudden urge to do some cute designs ^^.

 

Didn't know how to take great nail pictures so bear with this. I name this design: Glittery Marshmallow!

In case the picture ain't clear, all fingers except the thumb has silver and pink stripes, with pink glitter at the egde if each stripe. ^^

Went out for a short breath after a half day class on Wed. Was really affraid of taking the taxi, but I took whatever precautions I could, so it's fine.

Met EC at the entrance, and we went for our lunch in Pancake house. Took the exact same food since my last two visits, we had the same food by the way.

It looks nice isn't it, tasted good too ^^. Took some pictures throughout the day but I won't post up here (somehow just don't really feel like it). Oh yeah I bought 07 Ghost finally, gonna watch it during the holidays, currently indulging myself in Uraboku.

Some random shoots. We spent around an hour playing around at the 'sticker machine'. Decided to spend our money on one of those.

黒い！靴！

Gosh it's 1am!! Gonna post something short before I go to bed. Anyway, I bought a pair of new pumps on Sunday! My first pair of black pumps. And checkered >_<, I'm really weak in these kinda stuffs.

うわああ～おいしい。。

A week has passed since my mid-sem holiday ended. I was kinda bored now, so I just thought of posting something. This time i'll talk about food!~

Ahem, food story during my holiday week!

If i din't remember it wrongly, I cooked Spagetti Alfredo Portobello for lunch on monday (29/3), had it with my sis.

It was nice, but I still think we are much better in making red sauce spagetties, mum said we are at pro level already for that, hahaha. Tuesday I went out with Eunee, the one I posted previously > *click here*.

Hmm, wednesday. had some experiment with instant pasta (dad bought them). Heard it before? INSTANT pasta. Just like instant noodles, yeah, this one is pasta. Just dump everything in the pot and it'll go nice. But of course, we are doing it at home, so obviously we are adding some other ingrediants in it (cheese absolutely).

 

Creamy mushroom and onion flavour!! Onion my favourite ^^. Oh it's penne by the way. Tasted kinda good by the way, really strong mushroom flavor, ergh why do instant stuffs always tasted this good.  Here's the finish product:

Added quite some cheese, so it looks really creamy. Had to put it in a bowl because we made too much gravy. But who cares, as long it tasted good right?

Thursday! Will never forget this, haha. I made pancakes!! Woke up quite early in the morning, doing pancakes with the help of my maid, doing it once in a while is really fun. Expecially when the whole family is eating it!!

 

Hotcake mix I got from somewhere I have forgotten. Second picture, mixing the batter! Am gonna get these mix again, to make more in the near future.

DONE!!A full plate of pancakes~ Pls ignore the burn parts, I guess it's due to not using a pan while cooking it. And from what akiko said, I used big fire, so it'll make it uneven. But anyway, it;s a real fun experience, sweet and a touch of saltyness ^_^.

Got this pic from mum. She took it while eating it in her office. Am really glad they all love it. Eh, the pancakes look kinda nice here, hehe..

Haha, ignore the messyness of the first pic. Haven't got time to arrange all the foods. Ordered doube cheese burger for myself! Am really indulging myself, haven't got much chance to take fast foods ever since I'm in that new 'state of art' campus =_=.

Here comes dessert for Friday, guess what? Mc Flurry! I'm not much of a fan but sis loves it really much.

 

I only took mine after sis left for school. Half of it. The rest I finished it during dinner. Caution: do not put it in a freezer for more than 3 hours, or else it gets frozen!!

Wow, it has been long since i've posted this much of picture. Definitely a good way to pass time when you are bored, blogging and thinking hard about what happened in the past. Hmm, I guess that's it for now, cya~

Thursday:

Woke up early in the morning to make pancakes (pics of pancakes will be posted in further post). It was a nice experience, and definitely a better feeling when everyone in the family is eating it. 

Akiko came by in the afternoon/evening. She wore bright red blouse with nice black red checkered skirt, and her bodyline brown boots ^^. Oh yea and I had a nice little bento made by her, thanks a lot.

Cute isn't it? Potato salad and nuggets. I really love the little animal fork. Gonna go visit daiso again for the bento box. I wonder if there's a more oriental pattern for it...I'm really into oriental designs nowadays.

Akiko got me a souvenir from GACC, a Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei clear file. It has really nice oriental patterns at the sides, with zetsubou sensei in the middle. I totally din't expect this, so i'm a little surprised. Should I use it? Should I not?

My hp cam again, it's blurred. But anyway, you can see from here the red sides, and some tradisional feeling patterns around..ergh, just love it. Had various anime clear files, din't wanna use them, but at the same time feels like i'm wasting them, haih.

Oh yeah, and the strawberry glass beside, thanks a lot to akiko coz i LOVE it sooooo much that i've been starring it for 2 days whenever i'm in front of my com. It's just so nice to look at, I'll remember of you everytime it's with me, and nana of course ^^ (even my sis says its nice~)

Here, a clearer pic for the strawberry glass (LOVE). Still thinking whether I should keep or use it, ergh, dilemma. I wonder how will you use your glass, akiko...

And....I got my 'yukata' (graduation hakama like/kendo-ish/samurai-ish looking kinda yukata), I hope there would be people understanding what i meant, Sayoko understood it!! I just think that it looks way better than the picture in bodyline. The colour is darker and more oriental-ish, just ironned it not long ago. Might take some pics with it when the day comes. Planning when i'm gonna debut with it >_<, and some other hidden issues...But I just have to say I really love the 'yukata'!!

出かけた、出会えた

Went out with Eunee on Tuesday. Met Kok Yoong and Li Ginn, whom I've had a nice chat. It's nice to contact with people in this point of time when I'm still unsure about my future, but at the same time it makes me really emotional. Sunway University College was supposingly having their fire drill around 10.30am, Eunee finished her class before the fire alarm rangs, so we went off to Sunway Pyramid through the free shuttle.

Had a really long time smelling and sniffing various perfumes. Am glad that Eunee was beside me and giving me suggestions about which perfume to get. And after at least and hour of sniffing, I done another 'First' experience in my life. But am still having the strong urge for another one, I'll think carefully.

Had a nice talk - 'interviewing each other' session with Eunee. This is way different from what I used to do when I go out. But this way, it feels more quiet and it helps us to know each other more.

 

 

Wish to go out...Kinokuniya for some JLPT Level 1 Reference books, Neo-genesis and some literature; Sunway and Midvalley for a nice shopping and more food experience.
