(3) My 20th Birthday and Sis’s 14th Birthday – 17 DECEMBER 2010

A day before CF was sis and my birthday. I always thought that having the same birth date with my sis is a real blessing, we get to wish each other on the same day, exchange gift and all.. This year we get to celebrate it with our relatives from Ipoh and Singapore.

We had our first celebration on 12am on 17th December, which our parents gave us our first birthday wishes and gifts. We had really great gifts this year, I got a clover leaf diamond necklace and a new ipod classics, while sis got her Xbox and a new handphone. Many other small gifts were given to us, I won’t type them out one by one. Thanks to my 5th aunt for her vampire book and 4th aunt for the angpaos. Gift from friends and teachers were great as well, and I won’t forget about all the birthday wishes from fb and sms. A big thank you for all of you, will definitely not forget this big day of mine.

We had our birthday dinner celebration at night in Grand Dorsett Subang. Nice seafood buffet served, I hope everyone enjoyed their meals. Two cakes were given to sis and I, cheese cake for me while chocolate cake for sis. Had a great time with my aunts, uncle and cousins, and not to forget my lovely Parents who made these entire unforgettable event come true.

Thank you once again!! (Hugs and Kisses)

(4) K!! Outings

By saying ‘K’ outings, I mean my favourite Karaoke outings. I started my K fever around 2 years ago, with my first K outing with Sayoko. K with Sayoko is the most fun ever K sessions I have ever had, probably due to our same taste in songs. We always feel that 4 hours of K is never enough, we didn’t even have time to finish our lunch!

This year, I’ve had K outings with Sayoko, Akiko and June. It’s Akiko’s first Karaoke session, and I’m glad I’m the first who brought her there. Thanks to June for choosing to celebrate our birthdays in Neway, I really enjoyed it a lot, I hope she did enjoy her day as well (Oh the black forest cake we bought was really good ^_^).
This will be a really short post as compared to the rest >_<. But I still want to add this in because I really really do enjoy all my K sessions and I regard it as one of my greatest happiness in the year 2010, and I’m sure these outing will give me as much fun in the following years as well ^^.

(5) Meet-ups with precious friends! ~

In my year 2010, I met up with my old secondary friend, Tharani! Akiko, Steph, Tharani and I went for a short outing at IOI mall. Although we spent most of our time in Seoul Garden, we had tons of fun chatting and catching up for the time that we missed. I wish the three of us could always keep in touch with each other no matter how much time had passed >_<, I will never forget those times we had together during secondary.

Another memorable outing I had is with EC, my dearest friend from A Levels. We went out before she left for UK to continue her studies in Pharmacy. We went Sunway and took Purikura; just like how we used to enjoy ourselves in picture taking, we enjoyed ourselves as much on that day. Had our lunch in the pancake house, remembered how we kept laughing for the smallest thing, and we keep loving our favourite anime, Skip Beat. How we used to talk about our love issues and about the guys we like; how we talk about cool guys in anime and in movies, and music. You have been such a great friend to me, and I really miss you loads ever since you went UK. Thanks for being with me, EC, we will definitely have more time to meet up once you graduate ^_^.

One last outing that I would like to write about is my Tea Outing with Akiko, my love. On the last day of September, we went to Sunway to have our lunch/ tea at Winter Warmers, a lovely tea house with nice cozy environment. This is the 2nd tea house I know, my first tea house was the Teapot Café, which my dad always brought me there when I was small. I first know about Winter Warmers when I went out with Eunee for our Twilight outing. Really love all those different tea they served there, including milk tea and flower tea. However, sad to say, my last visit to Winter Warmers with Akiko will be the last time I will ever visit there, because for some reason they have close down their shop in Sunway.

Anyway, Akiko ordered Spaghetti Bolognese while I took Baked Seafood Macaroni with cheese for our lunch. And for our tea, Akiko took vanilla milk tea (if I’m not mistaken), while mine was some rose based tea. We enjoyed our small little chats about everything, and I’m sure Akiko as well hope that we could find another nice place for tea. Of course, we both had many small little outings throughout the year, so I hope we can meet more next year, our meetings are always so memorable >_

(6) Performance and Music?

I had a total of 3 performances throughout the year 2010:
1. C2AGE performance: a little info > http://sakurazukaminori.blogspot.com/2010/08/blog-post.html
2. Performance at Ya’e Charity Dance Party
3. Comic Fiesta 2010

Initially I had thought that I would only get one chance of performing this year, but somehow luck has bestowed me, I managed to get three chances of performing this year! Although they are some mistakes in every performance, I will definitely improve and charge in to my dreams! I will try my best to get more opportunities in year 2011.

About music, hmm, I guess I could say I’m still a huge fan of The GazettE. When I got the news that Ruki has hurt his vocal chord, I was really worried about him not being able to sing anymore. It’s the worst ever thing that could happen to a vocalist if his voice is taken away. Because of this, Sayoko and I made a promise to go Japan for their concert as soon as possible, preferably December 2011 for their tour final, if possible. I had been their fan for more than 7 years; they have given me hope and the drive to succeed in my dreams. Thanks to Sayoko for introducing them to me, I’m sure that one day we will get to see them performing live!

*Bought Shoxx magazine Jan 2011 issue that had them featured for 18 colour pages ^_^, my first gazette in shoxx that made my day again~. Not to forget my Film Bug II as well, hope Sacchin likes her copy.
I do wish to take up Diploma exam for my piano, if I pass my JLPT N1, so I’ll just keep waiting for the results. As for my guitar, I’ll just keep following my pace, hope to be able to play more of my favourite songs in the near future.

(7) Japanese & Bon Odori 2010

I was lucky to have my mum’s help to get Nakamura Sensei as my Japanese tutor for JLPT1. Nakamura sensei still remembered me, and we both had productive classes throughout my 2 months of preparation. This year’s JLPT new syllabus was very difficult; in fact it is even harder than the previous syllabus. I do not know exactly how am I gonna pass it, but no matter how I will definitely get the cert as it is really important to me.

Just a small announcement, I’m going to start up my Japanese tutoring class next year, I’ll pray that I succeed in this.
Bon Odori 2010 was fun, and tiring at the same time. This time instead of going with my family, I went with Akiko and Sayoko, right after C2AGE. Managed to dance with Sayoko, we had some nice curry rice and green tea ice, and had a great time sitting at the bench chatting with Sacchin ^^.

I wish I could go for Bon Odori 2011 with Akiko and Sacchin again, this time I hope to be able to move around more often (did not do so because my leg was hurting after a long day =_=). Will be praying that Bon Odori 2011 will not be as crowded as the previous time.
